At Labscore, we treat user data with the same technical rigor and aesthetic precision we apply to our gaming applications. This document outlines our commitment to transparency, security, and your digital autonomy.
Labscore collects information that you provide directly to us—typically during account creation or direct support inquiries. This includes your name, email address, and any specific gaming preferences you share to customize your application interface. We do not engage in "shadow profiling."
When you engage with our applications, we automatically capture technical parameters: device model, operating system version, input latency metrics, and framerate stability logs. These are used exclusively to optimize the aesthetic and functional performance of the software within the Italian gaming ecosystem.
Collecting framerate data can impact battery life on legacy devices. Mitigation: Users can toggle high-frequency logging off in the Lab Journal settings.
Storing layout presets remotely introduces a central point of failure. Mitigation: We employ AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and in transit.
Stack traces may contain local file paths. Mitigation: Automated scrubbing scripts sanitize all logs before they reach our engineering team.
Labscore does not sell your data. We view personal information as a liability to be minimized, not an asset to be monetized. We only share information with third-party service providers (such as hosting partners or analytics engines) who adhere to the same strict GDPR standards we follow in Italy.
Your data remains within the European Economic Area (EEA) unless explicitly stated otherwise for global competitive features. In such cases, we utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your protection travels with your bits.
"Security is a process, not a product. Our infrastructure is audited quarterly to maintain the Labscore technical dossier standards."
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined or as required by Italian law. When data is no longer needed, it is purged using cryptographic erasure.
All sensitive strings are hashed via Argon2id. We utilize hardware security modules (HSM) for key management, ensuring that even in the event of a breach, user identifiers remain obfuscated.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users within the EEA possess fundamental rights regarding their digital presence. Labscore honors these globally.
